What To Expect

A Typical Session

Whatever situation you are dealing with, first and foremost, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental & confidential approach.  What you share with me is between us.*  I'll give you plenty of food for thought and ideas so you come out feeling supported, refreshed and inspired.

 

Depending on your preference, we can work on the phone or in person.

 

Together, we will discuss what you would like to achieve from your sessions with me.   I will listen carefully to what you are saying to me and can provide a completely objective, open and unbiased view.

 

The Soul2Soul Coaching Method

 

During your session, we may talk about your lifestyle, your background, how you are feeling and how you want to feel.  I'll share with you practices which you can build into your every day life to make the changes you need to be happy.  

 

Depending on your situation, we may also include some physical work, such as breathing & relaxation techniques or non-invasive body-work such as those using accupressure points to help release tension and discomfort in your body. (Please be assured this takes place fully-clothed and only with your consent).

 

After each session, you will receive an e-mail summary of the key points we've discussed to move your life forward more positively, with recommendations about what to do between now and the next session.   They key, of course, is not just to know what you need to do,  but to put into practice these small and sometime life-changing techniques.   

 

*I will never disclose details of what we discuss unless you give me explicit permission to do so or if  I genuinely believe there is a serious threat to your safety. 

 

How Long Is the Process?

Of course, every person is individual and it depends how long you feel you need support.

 

My aim is not to tie you into years of therapy,  but to share with you proven techniques which allow you to get back in control -  to love yourself and love your life - whatever you're doing and whoever you are. 

 

Most of my clients come for between 3 and 12 sessions and many come back from time to time for refreshers if and when they feel the need.  

 

I usually recommend a gap of between 2-4 weeks between sessions so that you have the chance to process and work with what we've discussed in the last session.
