breathing space therapies: Stress Quiz

Are you unduly stressed?

Are you unduly stressed?
Of course, we need a certain amount of stress in order to keep ourselves going. But a build up a considerable stress over a prolonged period can seriously affect your mental, emotional and physical health. Stress is a significant contributor, for example, to heart disease, hypertension and cancer as well as many muscular complaints, headaches and so on.

To maintain healthy stress levels we have to find the right balance of diet, exercise, work and relaxation for our own body and mind.

To see how your stress levels rate at the moment, complete the following questionnaire. Remember to answer honestly as nobody is judging you. We will then send you a detailed FREE assessment of your current stress levels. Please note these are simply guidelines and it is difficult to make a complete assessment online. If you are concerned about your stress levels, please don’t ignore it, they won’t get better by simply battling through. Give me a call on 0772 581 8884 or e-mail me on annie@breathingspacetherapies.co.uk.
