What benefit will there be from attending?

Every delegate will come out of this seminar having learned something about how to manage change and stressors more effectively and how they can continue their own personal development by incorporating some of what they have learned into their daily routine.

Companies benefit from the knowledge that they are contributing towards HSE compliance on Stress, leaving them less exposed at tribunals, whilst also improving staff retention, attendance and performance.   DTi’s recent research has shown that those who are healthy at work improve performance by 34%.

They have the added benefit of knowing that those who are responsible for identifying signs of undue stress in their organisation have had the necessary training to allow them to do that, thus lessening the risk of advanced cases of stress effecting the business adversely.

Finally, they share the responsibility of individual wellbeing within their organisation with their employees, who are advised during the seminar to accept responsibility for their own wellbeing.

This seminar introduces the subject of stress, leaving the way open for more in-depth training on individual topics and one-to-one mentoring or counselling at a later stage. Delegate numbers are normally restricted to 10 per seminar so that each individual has personal attention.

Fees include:

A pre-seminar lifestyle survey amongst all delegates, which is analysed prior to the seminar to ensure as relevant content as possible.
Tuition and presentation materials
Delegate handbook
Post-seminar report, analysis and recommendations
